Tiny Homes
Compact, permitted dwellings — detached tiny homes, backyard studios, and small-footprint living spaces built to California code.
Tiny homes are not sheds with nicer trim. We treat them like real buildings — engineered for your site, permitted where required, and detailed so they stay dry and comfortable through valley heat and winter rain.
What's included
- Feasibility, setbacks and utility planning on your lot
- Foundation and framing sized for small structures
- Insulation, mechanical, electrical and plumbing to code
- Interior and exterior finish to a livable standard
- Permit submittal, inspections and final sign-off

Home Additions
New square footage tied into the house you already have — room additions, bump-outs, and second-story expansions with structural work done right.
Additions fail at the seam between old and new. We measure the existing structure, engineer the connection, and sequence the work so you are not living with a tarp wall longer than necessary.

- Structural design, beams and load-path connections to existing framing
- Foundation and slab work matched to the original house
- Roof tie-in, flashing and weatherproofing at the junction
- Electrical, HVAC and plumbing extended from existing systems

Custom Playhouses & Structures
One-of-a-kind playhouses, treehouse platforms, backyard forts and small custom structures — built safely for kids and built to last outdoors.
These projects should look like they belong in your yard, not a catalogue. We build them with real joinery and hardware — no wobble, no sharp surprises — and we will tell you plainly what needs a permit versus what can be built as site-built recreation.
