What we do with your information.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the details you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, project address or city, project type, and whatever you tell us about the work. We also record the date and time of the submission and which page it came from.

We don't use advertising trackers, we don't run third-party analytics scripts, and we don't set marketing cookies on this site.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry and, if you hire us, to carry out the work. That means contacting you, preparing an estimate, and coordinating with the trades and suppliers needed for your project.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with lead-generation services.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Firebase, which hosts this site. They're kept in a private collection that can't be read from the public website — only we can access them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while they're active and for a reasonable period afterwards, since past projects often come back as warranty questions or follow-up work. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we'll do it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it — no forms and no process.

We don't send marketing email. If we contact you, it's about your project.
